1. Return Eligibility

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Process

• Contact us at turinabrand@gmail.com to request a return or exchange.
• Our team will provide you with the return instructions and address.
• Pack your item securely and include your order details.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please let us know in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time your request is processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
